WSIN Radio Station Rules 🎙️📡

✅ Studio & Space Rules:

  • No more than 5 people in the recording studio unless cleared with us in advance.
  • Be respectful—this is also TV’s space, so keep volumes down (Radio Eboard should be checking this too).
  • No food or drinks in the studio—keep the equipment safe!
  • Leave the space clean and organized for the next show.

✅ Content & Broadcast Rules:

  • No inappropriate language—we follow FCC regulations at all times.
  • Keep your content original and engaging—plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material is not allowed.
  • If you’re playing music, make sure it’s FCC-friendly (no explicit content during daytime hours).
  • No hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material—WSIN is an inclusive space.

✅ Scheduling & Show Management:

  • Be on time—show up at the agreed time and don’t go over your slot.
  • If you can’t make your show, let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust the schedule.
  • Promote your show! Invite friends to listen, and consider bringing new guests each week.
  • If you’re using the space for a podcast, make sure you book studio time in advance.

✅ Technical & Equipment Rules:

  • Respect the equipment—do not unplug, move, or tamper with studio gear.
  • If something breaks or malfunctions, report it immediately.
  • No unauthorized recordings or live streams—everything must go through WSIN’s system.
